Damaged Goods and Return Policy
If a customer receives a product from M&M Lighting Co.
that is deemed to be damaged or defective in any way, M&M Lighting Co. will
replace the item at no charge to the customer. Customer must contact M&M
Lighting Co. within (24) hours of receiving the damaged item (see contact
information below). If it is determined by M&M Lighting Co. that the
customer should return the damaged item, customer must obtain an RGA # (return goods authorization) either by phone or email. Return
the item in the same package in which it was received. Write the RGA
number on
the outside of the package. M&M Lighting Co. will issue a UPS pickup
within 48 hours of being informed of the damage. Once we have received the
damaged item, we will ship a new item to replace the damaged item.
Note: No returned items will be accepted by M&M Lighting Co.
without a proper RGA #.
